We are looking for an experienced manager at UPP ADVERTISING who will lead a team of 35 people.
We would like to hire a leading but at the same time empathetic personality who likes to work with people. We expect that the new colleague will be able to implement the strategy of the CEO and bring new knowledge and experience to our company, especially in the field of human resources management.
Previous experience with team management is a necessity, the orientation in the advertising/post-production industry is not necessary, we will show you everything.
What will you do?
- UPP ADVERTISING team-leading – management, coordination, motivation, control of teamwork results
- Management of operational issues and long-term strategic plans of human resources
- Creating conditions for improving the productivity of production processes
- Development of corporate culture
- Analyze the problems and shortcomings of the company, implement new processes and organizational structures
- Creation and implementation of personnel strategy
Profile of applicant
- Previous experience with team leadership
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good organizational and communication skills
